I am a translater and I would like to work on texts and many other translaters translate it then the boss decide whch one is the best Is there any sites instead of wata do this job?

Based on the way you've written this question, I very much doubt it.
Translators need to accurately translate without making careless mistakes.

I am in no position to judge because I can only speak one language. Your writing is better than anything I could write in a foreign language!

Reply:Have you tried the local college? I have never heard of a need in the basic global community for translators. It would be hard to find a job even online unless you have a specialty translating skill, like helping people from India to become citizens and translate for them in order to survive and live here in the United States. I did that once for a friend of mine and his mom, it's was the best feeling to know nice people appreciate what it is like to become American.
