you might try to get CFA certification, it doesn't required company sponsorship and equates to MBA degree. Although it requires 3 years of experience to get the final certificate, even passing Level I might help you to get a job in this industry.

You might be able to get a job as a bank teller or a receptionist and transfer to working with investments after have some experience.
