I am 14 and I'm looking for a job over summer, where should I look?

Are there any companies that will hire me? or will I have to do another job?

check with your school and see if there are any local summer youth programs. i am also sure that you must obtain a work permit
Reply:At the hospital, volunteering there is so easy, all you do is deliver files and such, no surgery or things like that.
Reply:fast food places, stores in shopping malls
Reply:Babysitting, Yard work. Tutoring or volunteering for Hospice. Hospice may not pay you right now but they will give you a generous amount of money toward your college costs for the amount of hours you volunteer. Can do this at age 14
Reply:Look for somebody who mows lawns. Or better yet if somebody will help you get started with a lawn mower and trimer build you own buisness cutting lawns.

If you get 10 lawns at 25 dollars a week that is 250 dollars a week. Say 50 for gas and maintainence 800 a month. Use you parents lawn mower and in 2 or 3 months you can own your own. By the time you are 16 you will have enough lawns to buy a truck and traler and then you are city wide.
Reply:Mcdonald's and other fast foods, i agree with the first guy who answered your question
Reply:HAving a paper route is your best chance.
